Status Board - showing all open orders on one screen

It would be very helpful to have a status board screen, that shows a list of all open orders (or quotes) on one screen. Each orders line on the screen can have small tidbits of information on it such as when the order is due, or special notes, etc, or when the order was placed (and be sorted by those details). This screen would be great to be able to put up on a monitor in our office and the warehouse so everyone can quickly look at what our workload and goals are for the day/week.

I guess to further complicate this idea: it would be even more helpful to be able to double click on one of the open orders on the status board and it brings you directly to that order to make changes or change it to an invoice.
