On many occasions, an employee will go step away from their desk or go on break while working on an A/R function, which placed an exclusive lock on a customer. If another employee attempts to do anything with the same customer, they’re unable to.
I would like some method of determining what user has the exclusive lock on the customer. We typically have over 15 employees working on the A/R modules at one time, so it takes an effort to determine who has the customer locked
Try going to File, Network Status Report. This will list the User ID and what Task they are in.
