Change the standard text of Subject of email when emailing invoices, purchase orders, payroll direct deposits and vouchers
This would be very helpful if when emailing invoices the message SUBJECT could say “Bikeworks Invoice 123456” instead of "OE Invoices"
Same goes for vendor purchase orders “Bikeworks Purchase Order 123456”
We have to re-name every email BW sends so this would be a HUGE time saver

Both of these suggestions are great but what would also help is if the PDF that is created had an intelligent name.
Currently it is something like pdf18db inv12345.pfd would be great

Thank you for your feedback. We are excited to announce that we have added an updated subject line when forms using Sage BusinessWorks 2024. The new subject lilne includes the company name and form being emailed. This has been updated for all modules. For example if you are emailing a Sales Order it will show "BikeWorks Sales Order" or for a Purchase Order it will show "BikeWorks Purchase Order.

For those of us that do not use the OE module it would be wonderful to have that as part of emailing invoices to customers through the AR module as well.
