Our company policy is we only charge for what we are shipping. We run into situations where we process a credit card for $xxxx.xx and after the ticket is pulled for shipping, the warehouse alerts us that we are missing something that we shouldn't have been missing. Instead of voiding the charge and re-charging (which sometimes results in a decline due to daily limits), it would be awesome if we could simply edit the amount being charged, since the charge is pending anyways. Our credit card processor is integrated with Paya (not sure if that makes a difference).
