Please fix the tab order! We all know this is a known issue, but it is incredibly frustrating. Some module's tab order goes in a different wrong direction than others. So even though we have gotten used to it, were seeing differences depending on what module you're using.
The BusinessWorks 2021 SP 18 and BusinessWorks 2023 SP 4 releases include tab order fixes to Accounts Payable Enter Invoices, and Order Entry Print Pick Tickets.
If you run across any other tab order issues, please report them through Chat support.

Kim, we did update to SP15 after your suggestion. We are still experiencing the tab order issues, but they seem to be limited to the OE module. Which for us, is the one we use the most. We will continue on and look forward to future updates that may fix this.
A number of tab order issues have been fixed in versions up to Sage BusinessWorks 2021 SP15. If you have not already installed this version please do. If you have 2021 SP15 installed can you please let us know where you are still seeing the tab order issues.
