Add ability to change size of box in various modules.

There are many different size boxes that open up for tasks in each module. Often times the boxes are quite small. For each user to be able to resize the boxes would be beneficial. One example is in AP manual invoice selection. If the box were larger the user could see all of the columns without having to scroll to the right to check the selection box. Another example is in OE, Quotes. The box that opens for the line items is quite small and if you have a large number of line items scrolling through them can be difficult.
