Add Partial Receipt in IC Purchase Orders in BW

We find it very frustrating that BW is that it does not recognize and isolate partial receipts on a PO - only the most recent one.

This is particularly a problem, when partial receipts are in two different months. For example, this PO was partially received in November. But we cannot see that anywhere in the PO Inquiry or on any of the PO reports that we run from Inventory Control.
